Dubbed as the 'Pop Princess', Jolin Tsai's actions are constantly under the public eye.

As such, the 32-year-old pop star seems to be enjoying her regained freedom while she is currently in London for a self-development course.

Despite her best efforts to keep a low-profile, Jolin was recently spotted by some Chinese fans when she was touring around via the London tube. According to fans, Jolin was taking the train to school and was dressed in comfortable casual clothes.

Speaking to the media, Jolin's manager revealed that the singer 'likes taking the London Tube' as it is very convenient and with Google Map. 'It is easy for her to get around places,' she said.

Unlike the days where she had to be wary of the paparazzi and uphold her pop idol status, Jolin can now enjoy a hamburger or post comically on the streets, without any worries of her star image.

Simon Says Back Off: The Latest on Cowell’s Paternity Problem

When news broke this week that Simon Cowell is reportedly expecting a child with Lauren Silverman, who happens to be his friend Andrew's wife, one of the first questions on everyone's mind was whether or not he'd step up to the plate and be a father to the child.

As cool and calm as he always appears on his hit TV shows, Simon, 53, addressed the issue of his impending fatherhood head on with the media Thursday during Fox's Television Critics Association panel for "The X Factor."

"I haven't read the newspapers. Am I missing something?" he joked after a reporter congratulated him on his new addition. Then he turned slightly more serious.


"I've always had a good relationship with the media," he continued. "When you have a story, you write it. When I need promotion, you give it. It works both ways. You roll with the punches.
"Unfortunately, at the moment, I have to keep this private. It's just one of those things."
Now, many reports are surfacing regarding the nature of Cowell's relationship with Lauren, 36. And every outlet seems to have a source speculating over whether or not the media mogul will marry her.
"There are a lot of things I will eventually clear up when the time is right," Simon told People. "But I really have to be sensitive because there's a lot of people's feelings involved here."

His fellow "X Factor" judges Demi Lovato, Paulina Rubio, and Kelly Rowland all praised Simon to the media, adding that they were certain that if the child is indeed his, he'd be a great dad.

"I think that Simon has always been a very classy guy, he's always been a very respected guy, and he's going to be a great father," Rowland told People.

"It is part of life, the gossip," Rubio added. "He didn't tell me anything yet, but I will support him if it is true."

Both Lauren Silverman, and her husband Andrew Silverman, issued separate statements Thursday.

"My top priority is protecting my 7-year-old son while working to resolve all outstanding issues with my wife," Andrew's statement read. "Hopefully people can respect the interest of our child during this process.""

"I am committed to sorting things out with Andrew as amicably as possible to ensure the well-being of our son," said Lauren's statement. "I would hope for some space and privacy in order to work through this."

Now folks want to know — what's Lauren Silverman's game plan?

The one thing that most reports agree on is that Simon is likely to take complete responsibility for the child — both in terms of being a presence in the child's life and providing for the kid financially. It's important to note that neither he nor his spokesperson has yet confirmed that the baby is indeed his, although it's been widely reported as being 100% true. But with Lauren still being married to Andrew, could it be in Simon's best interest to first take a paternity test?

Omg! spoke with Lauren Lake, who serves as the presiding judge on the upcoming syndicated TV show "Paternity Court" (launching in September), who shared her thoughts on the Cowell issue. "If Simon knows in his heart that he has had an affair with Lauren Silverman he should voluntarily submit to a paternity test. Then he wouldn't have to go through the public humiliation of having to take one ordered by the court. If it's his child, own up to it, because in the end it will all come out and it will prove that he was having an affair with a married woman.

"In the end he's an accomplished man. Him taking on this responsibly, wholeheartedly, and respectfully is a really great example to set for the young people he's mentored," she continued. "We don't want to see him shucking and jiving around this. You have to own responsibility for the people you bring into this world. If, in fact, this child is his, we want to see him do the right thing."

"This will be a financial commitment, but let's be honest … he's got the money to take care of the child. And his child — as with any child — deserves to be well taken care of. Even if he's ordered to pay child support, I think that he will OK."

Justin Bieber’s Massive Tattoo Collection Just Got Even Bigger

Hmmm — it's just so hard to tell: Do you think Justin Bieber likes tattoos? 

Duh is the answer to our own silly question as a new photo of the mop bucket-loving "Boyfriend" singer, which was taken in NYC on Thursday, shows that he now has a full sleeve tattoo on his left arm.

While some tattoo aficionados spend their entire lives artfully crafting the perfect sleeve, Bieber, at the ripe old age of, um, 19 has already done it. Though it's up for debate as to whether as exactly how perfect it is ... the giant tat of his mother's eyeball has some people a little weirded out.

Getting tattoos is a family tradition for Selena Gomez's maybe boyfriend. His father, Jeremy, is covered in ink, too. (He seems to be working on a sleeve on the same arm as this vintage photo shows.) And it was the senior Bieber who took the young pop star to get his first one at the tender age of 16. He got a small outline of a bird on his left hip — apparently it's a rite of passage for the Bieber clan. Both his dad and uncle have the same one.

He has a potpourri of eclectic designs from Jesus Christ to the logo of the Stratford Cullitons, a Canadian junior hockey team.

He also gave someone a tattoo. In March, photos surfaced of Bieber permanently inking Bang Bang at the famed tattoo artist's New York City parlor. He etched a tattoo of a muscular mouse — with six-pack abs, of course — onto Bang Bang's leg. Next to it, he wrote the word Swaggy, which is apparently the name of his signature cartoon character.

With all this experience, Bieber could have a second career when his run as a teen star inevitably ends. The jury is out as to exactly when that will be...

Perry, 28, and Pattinson, 27, have been friends for years, but following their splits with John Mayer (the second time around) and Kristen Stewart respectively, tabloids read a little too much into the pals spending time together.

"He's my bud, I'm like his big sister," Katy notes. "We just hang out. The other day, I said: 'One of the things I'm most proud of is not sleeping with you, Robert.' And that's true."

Perry also explains why she felt the need to reach out to Rob's ex-girlfriend, Kristen Stewart, 23.

"I sent [Kristen] a text message saying: 'I know you've seen all this stuff but you know I would never disrespect you. I'm not that person. I'm just trying to be a friend to him but it is unfortunate that I do have a set of t--s.'"

Katy has since reconciled with Mayer, 35, and the two seem as strong as ever. Professionally, things are going extremely well for Russell Brand's ex-wife, too. It was announced today Perry's new single "Roar" will drop on August 12.

Lindsay Lohan Disses Kristen Stewart On Chelsea Lately

Is there a new feud brewing? Fresh out of rehab, Lindsay Lohan guest hosts the upcoming Aug. 5 Chelsea Lately episode and in a preview clip from the gig, the actress didn't have, well, the nicest things to say about fellow actress and former child star Kristen Stewart.

Speaking about a recent incident in which the Twilight actress, 23, yelled at a photographer, Lohan, 27, quipped, "I'm just excited that Kristen Stewart, you know, finally showed some emotion."
Met with laughter and some surprise from the other hosts, The Canyons actress then tried to backtrack, explaining, "No, I really do love her. She's awesome. I'm a Kristen Stewart fan."

But that didn't stop her from throwing more shade at the Twilight star. "I will say this, of course she hates photographers -- they got a picture of her kissing a married man in a Mini Cooper," she added, speaking of Stewart's July 2012 tryst with her Snow White and the Huntsmen director Rupert Sanders. (Us Weekly broke news of the fling with exclusive photos, taken on July 17.) At the time, the brunette beauty, who was dating Rob Pattinson, said she was "devastated" by the scandal.

Lohan, who's been through some bad days herself, left Cliffside Rehab Center on July 30 after completing a 90-day court mandated stint. She still needs to complete an additional 15 months of psychological therapy, TMZ reports.

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green Expecting Second Baby

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green are expanding their family, a source tells Us Weekly. "I can confirm Megan is expecting her second child with her husband Brian," the pregnant actress' rep tells The New York Post's Page Six. "They are both very happy." Fox is currently in New York City filming 2014's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie.

Together since 2004 and married since since 2010, Fox, 27, and Green, 40, welcomed son Noah Shannon on Sept. 27, 2012. Former Beverly Hills, 90210 star Green is also father to son Kassius, 11, from his previous relationship with actress Vanessa Marcil.

Fox spoke about her desire to give her son a sibling in the March 2013 issue of Marie Claire UK. "All I wanted to do my whole, whole life was have a baby and, now, I've finally done it," the Jennifer's Body star said. "I just want to give Noah as much of myself as I can. And I want to have more kids. That is where my heart is."

Though Noah has rarely been photographed with his famous parents, Fox has said that their little boy looks "70 percent" like Green. The couple managed to keep their son's birth a secret for two weeks, as Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth also welcomed son Tennessee on Sept. 27.

"We got home and thought, 'This is unbelievable,'" Green explained on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show in November 2012. "Because we weren't expecting to get away with it. So we just figured we would go with it as long as we could."

Once news of their son's arrival leaked, Fox confirmed Noah's birth via her official Facebook account. "We are humbled to have the opportunity to call ourselves the parents of this beautiful soul and I am forever grateful to God for allowing me to know this kind of boundless, immaculate love," the Friends With Kids star wrote. "Thanks to those of you who wish to send your positive energy and well wishes."

Though she described taking care of a newborn as "exhausting," Fox told Access Hollywood in December 2012 that she doesn't mind the sleepless nights. "Until you have kids, you can't imagine how much you could possibly love a human being," she explained. "It's really intense and really overwhelming and amazing."

Lindsay Lohan Leaves Rehab With a Big Smile

Clean living does the body good! 

Lindsay Lohan has checked out of rehab after completing a court-mandated 90 days in treatment ― first at the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California, and then at Malibu's Cliffside. On Tuesday "The Canyon" star said sayonara to the facility, getting picked up and transferred to, reportedly, a sober living facility for a few days before transitioning back into the real world.

Now we've seen the 27-year-old during her many ups and downs (after all, this was her sixth stint in rehab) and have to say she looked great as she climbed into an SUV outside the facility and headed off to new beginnings. Dressed in a blue-patterned dress and a suede jacket with fringe, she also rocked some white ankle boots with dark socks pulled up to her calves, showing a little leg. She also had on lots of jewelry, including a gold cross.

That ensemble must have been among the 270 outfits — yes, 270! — she packed for her three months away.Though her face was partially masked by aviator sunglasses, Lohan appeared happy and healthy. Her face looked refreshed and not puffy. (Her lips look much more natural too, that unnatural trout pout mysteriously gone.)

Lohan has a lot planned now that she's regained her freedom — well, if the gossip is to be believed. One report has her moving to Europe; another has her headed full-time to New York. Another outlet says she's compiled a list of 80 "bad influences" and she will cut them out of her life. Whew!

All that of course is just rumor. However, the one thing we know for sure is that she'll be spending time with Oprah Winfrey in the immediate future. The Queen of Talk has secured Lohan's first interview, which will take place in the coming days and air in August.

The women are also collaborating on an eight-part docu-series that will follow the troubled star as she works to rebuild her career and stay healthy. It will air in 2014.
